Titan Families,
The school year is off to a strong start at Olympia High School. Last week’s Club Rush was a tremendous success. Students had the opportunity to explore a wide variety of organizations and connect with peers who share their interests. I am grateful to our club sponsors and student leaders for creating such an engaging and welcoming experience that reflects the heart of our campus culture.
I am proud to announce our Teacher of the Year, Mr. Jacob Pickett, and our Support Person of the Year, Ms. Lakina Coleman. These two outstanding members of our Titan staffulty exemplify excellence in education and service. Their dedication, professionalism, and care for students make a lasting impact on our school community, and we are fortunate to have them as part of our team.
Homecoming 2025 planning is well underway. Our student leaders and staffulty are working diligently to prepare for the parade, spirit week, and dance. These events are more than just traditions; they are opportunities to build connection, celebrate our school pride, and create lasting memories. I encourage everyone to participate and help make this year’s celebration one to remember.
Titan spirit is not just alive; it is a palpable force that energizes our entire campus. Morning pep rallies have brought enthusiasm and unity to our school, and it is truly inspiring to witness our students actively showcasing their pride in Olympia High. This is what it means to Titan Up, supporting one another, celebrating our achievements, and striving for excellence every day.
Thank you for your continued support.

Our Titan Football Team kicked their season off playing the Horizon Hawks. They put up a good fight with lots of hustle plays and overall it was a very entertaining game. 6th man and others who attended packed the student section to support our Titans throughout the whole game. The theme for this game was Minions and our student section went all out in spirit of our first home game of the season. |
This year’s Club Rush was buzzing with energy! Students wandered through the courtyard, stopping at colorful tables, chatting with club officers, and discovering new ways to get involved. Laughter, curiosity, and excitement filled the air as everyone explored all different spheres of interest— from arts and academics to sports and service projects— that Olympia has to offer. It was a day full of connection, discovery and school spirit, where everyone got a chance to find a place of belonging.
