Training next week- Next week, on Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be hosting a large-scale safety training on our campus for OCPS administrators and first responders. Please do not be alarmed if you see these people or emergency vehicles in our parking lot or on our campus. 

College Fair ‑ Olympia is combining with 5 other west area high schools to present one great college fair on February 23 beginning at 5:30 PM at West Orange High School.  Space is filling up, so sign up TODAY!. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: to an external site. Choose West Side College Fair

Course Requests for the 2024-2025 School Year- 11th graders going into 12th grade will meet with counselors next week to review their transcripts and course selections. The counselors have already met 9th and 10th grade students and will continue to call for any students who were absent on the days their classes were met with.    

Valencia College Dual Enrollment - Students interested in Dual Enrollment Opportunities with Valencia College for the Fall 2024 are encouraged to visit Valencia’s website Valencia Dual Enrollment Information for the application and information about courses and qualifications.  Applications are due February 28. 

Laptop Inventory- All students will need to bring their laptops to school as part of their requirements for possessing a school issued device. Students will be required to complete a laptop survey.  If your student is part of Dual Enrollment and not on campus, please have them bring their OCPS laptop to school to sign in to avoid being on the Failure to Return list.  If you have questions please contact Ms. Joy Harrigan, Media Specialist.  [email protected]

Prom- This year’s Junior/ Senior Prom theme is Night of a Thousand Lights. Prom will be held on April 20th at Epcot’s World Showcase. We are very excited to give our Titans this amazing experience. Tickets will go on sale March 11th. The Early Bird price is only $100. Please purchase your tickets early. The prices will increase on March 17th. The last day to purchase tickets will be April 5th. Please keep in mind that all PROUD Titan requirements will be enforced for this dance.

Tardies-Students need to get to school and class on time. Excessive tardiness will result in ineligibility to attend certain school events, such as the senior black and white dance and prom.
