OHS Registration Process-Pre- Enrollment for 2023-2024 School Year

***All registrations are by appointment and in person at the high school. In order to pre-register your student for next school year all of the following items must be brought to the in person appointment at the high school. ***

  1. All documents MUST be printed before you arrive (we are not accepting documents via email at this time)
  2. The address that is being used for the registration needs to already be active

Appointments are currently closed. IF YOU HAVE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, please come to the school during sometime between 8 and 2.

For students enrolling from a High School that is NOT in Orange County Public Schools (private school, out of state, or out of county)

Documents Needed

  1. completed registration packet (see link below)
  2. copy of students birth certificate
  3. Government picture ID for registering parent (Driver’s license, passport, etc.)
  4. Address Validation (must be in the guardians name)
    • Proof of homeownership or Current lease agreement
    • Current utility bill-last 30 days
    • In Order to drop off paperwork for enrollment the lease must have started or the house closing prior to appointment
  5. Immunizations on a Florida 680 Form
    • Immunizations must be transferred from out of state or country paperwork to a Florida 680 Form.
    • This can be done at a Florida Urgent Care or Pharmacy Clinic Location or Orlando Dept of Health
  6. Student Physical Exam
    • Must be within the last year
    • Must be from a U.S. Doctor
  7. academic transcript and last report card required 9th and up (may need 8th grade if applicable)
  8. Withdrawal paper from current school and in progress grades (if applicable)
  9. students passport (if applicable)
  10. Divorce decree /Custody Papers or Parenting Plan (if applicable)
  11. special education info copy of IEP, 504, etc.-( if applicable)


  • Transfers from One OCPS to Another OCPS
    • For Current Orange County High School Students (This includes OCPS Home Education and OCVS FT)

Please speak with the registrar at your current OCPS School and let them know you will be changing OCPS schools (if you have moved already please bring the required documentation to your current school to have them update the address in skyward)

For OCVS/HOME ED/FLVS FLEX -You must notify OCVS/Home Education and your zoned school that you are returning to your zoned school.

Notify OCVS of intent to withdraw here.
    Notify Home Education of intent to terminate
